Kids Clubs are some of my favorite amenities when I travel. Not only do they help my kids have a great time on vacation, but, perhaps more importantly, they allow me and my husband to have a great time as well. We all know that there is nothing worse than going away on vacation and coming back home exhausted and needing a vacation. Kids Clubs help ensure that the adults get a moment (or eight hours) to breathe and have a vacation too.
I have a list of places I want to travel with my family and those I want to return to and the one thing they all have in common are phenomenal kids clubs. Here are the three Kids Clubs I hope to be able to make use of in 2017:

1. Grand Velas Los Cabos, Los Cabos, Mexico
Grand Velas Los Cabos officially opened its doors on December 20, 2016. The $150 million resort on Mexico’s Baja Peninsula is the fifth property of Velas Resorts with over 20 years of tradition in hospitality. I have heard amazing things about the Grand Velas resorts and look forward to experiencing them for myself! Grand Velas Los Cabos offers the next generation of all-inclusive amenities and facilities including 300 luxurious suites measuring 1,000+ sq. ft., spectacular views, a selection of gourmet specialty restaurants, and of course an amazing Kids Club.
The Grand Velas’ Kids Club offers a safe, fun and creative environment to explore interactive activities such as soccer, treasure hunting and cooking classes. The program provides fun activities, such as movies, storytelling, drawing and painting, origami, and board games for young children. Kids can enjoy the video area with a Home Theater, XBox and Wii. At our Kids Club, your children play, make friends and create childhood memories.
The resort’s Teens’ Club is a contemporary space where teens from 13-18 years old can enjoy their own mini vacation. The Teens’ Club features an extensive game room complete with an X-Box Kinect, pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, karaoke set with vintage dance floor and more. At Beaches Resorts, kids get extra attention with tailor-made fun just for them. They offer age-appropriate activities for
kids of all ages, from tots to teens. They kids are always supervised, and kids vacations are all included in the cost of your vacation. With a caring staff that really loves children, it’s like leaving kids in the loving hands of a family member. On our recent trip to Beaches Negril, my kids begged me to go to the Kids Club. They even made friends who we visited in Florida the next month!

I visited Atlantis on one of the first vacations I took with a cute boyfriend (who turned into a handsome husband) and I can’t wait to experience it again with my whole family!
