Get your costumes ready for the Halloween Bash at Life Time Athletic Atlanta! As an alternative to trick-or-treating (or perhaps in addition to it), Life Time’s Spooktacular. The event is happening on Saturday, October 22 at Life Time Athletic Atlanta, as well as at Life Time clubs nationwide, and is the perfect pre-Halloween festivity for families this year.
Contrary to popular opinion, Halloween doesn’t have to be a sugar-filled extravaganza. The whole family can get in on this fun holiday in a healthy way. Life Time is offering healthy Halloween treats, and fun and active games for the entire family. The Spooktacular stations are designed to engage all ages. Not a member? Not a problem! The Spooktacular is completely open to the public!

I am impressed with how many children’s activities are available at Life Time. From Parents Night Out events to Sleepovers to extra activities and games in the Child Center, there are a lot of ways to get your kids involved and having fun while you workout (or sit in the cafe, or go to the spa, or read a book, or hang out in the steam room, or whatever)! Many of these activities, like the Halloween Bash, are open to non-members (sometimes at a slightly higher fee).
Life Time’s Spooktacular Halloween Bash will include:
- The Monster Mash Dance Jam: Kick off this fun family event with a dance-off, filled with Halloween themed tunes spun by a DJ.
- Obstacle Courses: Obstacle courses will include a spider web challenge, pumpkin patch scooter challenge, haystack hurdles, and more.
- Creativity Stations: Kids can get creative and make crafts to bring home like pumpkin decorating, mad scientist slime station and many more.
- Carnival Games: These games will take a Halloween spin on traditional carnival games, such as pumpkin toss, spider web toss and Nerf gun shooting gallery.
- Group Games: There will be team building games for all ages that encourage participation from everyone, including Halloween Bingo and Dress-a-Pumpkin.
- Special Guests: Look for a balloon artist, face painters, and even appearances from LifeSpa technicians for fun Halloween-themed hair and nails.
- Adult Lounge: Yes, there will be something special for mom and dad too!
