Just tell them your story about the good deed you or someone you know has done, and you could win the right to select the non-profit of your choice to receive thousands of dollars to continue critically important work for the health of the community. Then, starting on March 17th, the public will have two weeks to vote for their favorite Champions of Care at
www.healthmartcommunity.com. Grants will be awarded to several non-profits including a grand prize grant of $30,000 to one lucky winner!
Health Mart’s Champions of Care Challenge aims to shine a bright light on all the local heroes whose everyday actions, no matter how simple, continue to build healthier families, workplaces, neighborhoods, communities and ultimately the world. I love that the grants will go back into local neighborhoods where we all can see the work being done.
Grants will be awarded as follows:
- A $30,000 grant chosen by the grand prize winner
- A $3,000 grant chosen by the 2nd place winner
- A $2,000 grant chosen by the 3rd place winner
- $1,000 grants chosen by each of 15 finalists
The Health Mart Champions of Care Challenge wants to reward the everyday average person who is making a difference in the world today. They want to hear about how people are making the world better, one small step at a time.
