This little guy turned 5 last week!
It’s birthday time in the Smith household. Three of my four kids have birthdays within 6 weeks in March, April and May. It’s a crazy time with lots of birthday cakes, classroom cupcakes, and assorted special desserts being whipped up (at 1 a.m. most likely) using my gleaming red KitchenAid mixer. The mixer was one of my favorite wedding presents as I used it all the time. It saves me time and effort and really helps me cream butter into powdered sugar so easily for a truly delectable (if I say so myself) homemade buttercream frosting. Yum!

My favorite thing about spring is being able to garden! Love working with dirt and helping make food grow. A standing mixer in any color would be a dream but the navy blue would be my first choice. Thank you!
My favorite thing about Spring is planting my vegetable garden! My husband tills the ground and my I do all the planting. What a great team we make. But what makes me the happiest is sharing my harvest with my neighbors and friends.
